Our Commitment

At Smart Style Office Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for most items.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact our customer service team at returns@smartstyleofficefurniture.com or through our contact form within 30 days of delivery.

Step 2: Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

Step 3: Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions within 2-3 business days.

Step 4: Securely package the item(s) and ship to the return address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: We cover all return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • Change of Mind/Standard Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified in a promotion.
  • Exchanges: Return shipping costs apply as above; we cover shipping for the replacement item.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
  • Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for:

  • Different sizes or colors of the same item
  • Replacement of defective or damaged items

To request an exchange, follow the same return process and indicate in your request that you'd like an exchange. Once we receive your returned item, we'll ship the replacement at no additional cost (for defective items) or coordinate the exchange with you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide photos of the damaged/defective item and packaging
  3. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs

We may not require you to return damaged or defective items in certain cases.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional charge and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item at our expense.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time for a refund to post)
  3. Contact your bank (processing time may vary)
  4. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at returns@smartstyleofficefurniture.com.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this window, orders that have already been processed and shipped are subject to our standard return policy.

To cancel an order, email us immediately at sales@smartstyleofficefurniture.com with your order number.
