Articulating Keyboard Tray - Ergonomic Under Desk Solution

This adjustable keyboard tray mounts to the underside of your desk and might be the simplest fix for wrist pain or shoulder tension from typing all day. Most desks are just too high for comfortable typing, and your body pays for it after a few hours.

You get plush wrist padding to help reduce wrist soreness, height adjustment within a 5" range, and full side-to-side rotation. That 5-inch range matters more than it sounds - it's usually the difference between typing with your shoulders hunched up versus arms relaxed and wrists neutral.

The articulating design means the tray actually moves how you need it to. Adjust the height until your forearms are roughly parallel to the floor. Rotate it left or right, depending on how you sit. Once you find the right position, your wrists and shoulders stop fighting against bad ergonomics all day.

It mounts underneath your desk, slides out when you're typing, and tucks back in when you're not. That frees up the actual desk surface for papers, coffee, your notebook - whatever you normally have sitting there getting shoved around to make room for your keyboard.

The wrist padding isn't just about comfort. It's there to prevent the kind of repetitive strain that builds up over weeks and months of typing with your wrists at weird angles. Better support now means less chance of developing real problems later.

Here's what most people miss - standard desk height is around 29 or 30 inches, which is too high for typing unless you're pretty tall. Dropping your keyboard a few inches makes a bigger difference than you'd expect. Your arms relax, your shoulders drop, and you stop tensing up every time you reach for the keys.

Works with most regular desks as long as there's clearance underneath for the mounting bracket and room for the tray to slide. Good for home offices where you're typing for hours, corporate setups focused on keeping people comfortable, or anyone who's starting to feel the strain from their current keyboard setup.

The slide-out design keeps things flexible too. Need your full desk for a meeting or spreading out documents? Push the tray under, and it's out of the way. Ready to type again? Pull it out and you're back to proper ergonomic positioning.
